The maternity box works on a pay-as-you-go model i.e. every single time an HR gets to know about their employee becoming a parent - they can let us know their employee details and we will send out the box to them. If your team is already onboarded with Nova, all you need to do is opt for the product and based on the maternity claims we receive from any of your employees, we will send out the maternity box to them.
The customisation of the box depends on the minimum order quantity. We can customise the box for companies which have a request for 30 or more maternity boxes at one time.
