How to experience it

The Nurture Cards demand that we identify the virtues of people in the organisation. Each card has an unique character and your search to find the perfect fit will lead to great outcomes.

Celebrate them
It’s time to celebrate the virtue-bearers of the organisation. Write the name of the receiver and the given on the back side of the card.

It's showtime
Kindness is cool! It’s time to let them know how much you appreciate them. Share the card with them and don’t forget to acknowledge how they make the workplace better!

We created The Nurture Cards with a very simple intention. To make recognition easy, accessible and delightful! What started as a fun out-of-the-box design project was received with so much love that we are delighted to share this with the world. To great employee experiences!

A forever fan of illustrations and visual representations of abstract ideas, the Nurture Cards project had a magnetic pull on me. The idea itself was so captivating, to represent the different personality types of a workplace in tarot illustrations, I dove right into building a website curated to carry the theme of the Nurture cards.

The Nurture Cards is a very personal project to me. I am a big advocate of happy workplaces, and creating this deck made me realise the capacity design can have. It can very simple a gentle nudge and note to appreciate someone who’s killing it at work, I will be smiling here to celebrate their joy and moment!

It was quite the moment when the final set of Nurture Cards reached our BLR headquarters! Everyone was waiting for this final minute, to see what the cards looked and felt like. Once glance across the room, and I could see faces glow up and the our designers’ broke into a big smile! This deck is teamwork personified at Nova.
