The Nurture Cards is not a card game you play at a party. Or maybe that’s exactly what you do. But how?

At Nova, we all are in a constant endeavour to embody empathy. Driven by the unified vision of creating happier and healthier workplaces, we start our journeys at our headquarter.

Our culture at Nova is very dear to us; we literally swear by it! Every other day, you’d find someone or the other appreciating and commending another colleague of theirs.

It’s always the little things, and we wanted to find a way to materialise the will to appreciate. Culture, after all, should be driven by intent rather than reward. 



The Nurture Cards were inspired by the age-old tale-a-tell of Tarot cards where you magically discover a possible future. These cards encapsulate and recognise the good deeds and gestures of people at work, of who they are, of who they’re becoming.

It is not about how long we work together. It is about how well we do it, and how we feel about our time at work. Every thought counts.

We just want your teams to feel special and appreciated. It really does take just a card to make someone’s day!
